Eligibility Criteria Conditions for admission under Golden Hearts Scholarship Scheme Student have passed/ appeared in their matriculation examination held by a recognized board/ council with minimum 55% marks for General and OBC Categories and 50% marks for SC/ST category. Admission under this scheme will be considered on the basis of average marks obtained in the subjects of English, Science and Mathematics in matriculation examination. The student should have passed his 5th class from a school situated in a village, which does not fall within the limits of a municipal committee or corporation or under a small town/ notified area. The student should have passed 6th to 10th class from a recognized/Affiliated school in a village which does not fall within the limits of a municipal committee or corporation or under a small town/ notified area. The annual fee and other charges of the school (s) from where the student has passed his 6th to 10th classes should not exceed Rs. 1200/- per annum. The student and his/her parents must be permanent residents of a village which does not fall within the limits of a municipal committee or corporation or under a small town/notified area. The combined annual family income of the student (parents & grandparents if living together) should not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum.
